Standard Features

The Standard features steel-frame construction of 18 gauge plated steel. All the joints are brass-welded. Then the entire frame is painted with enamel for extra protection.

Your steel building will be transported to your site fully constructed and ready for use...no pre-laid foundation or land preparation is necessary.

Exterior
Stucco embossed mill finish corrugated aluminum siding and roof reflect 85% of heat and also has greater durability against dents and scratches. Also available in Colonial or Polar corrugated.

Pressure-treated exterior grade sub floor with double 2X6 skids and 2'X4' or 2'X6' joists

Weather-tight door with keyed lock and rust-free aluminum hinge and spring chain
