The result was surprising.

Not only has this Guardhouse become popular among industries requiring a handsome, functional security station, but it has been used for ticket sales, parking kiosks, information booths. Even as an office and small store.  The possibilities are endless!

Standard design features a durable hard-backed aluminum exterior. But if you're looking for something special, it can be ordered in natural, rough-pressure treated pine. Or the classic beauty of stucco or the durability of vinyl.

Standard Features
Your guardhouse will be trucked to your site fully constructed and ready for use...no pre-laid foundation or land preparation is necessary.


Our exclusive Secure-It TTM Framing System offers truss construction as secure as a site-built commercial structure. Even more strength has been added by steel connection plates and 16" on center studs.

NOTE:  This structure is designed to meet or exceed the Florida Building Code and carries the Florida DCA approval.

Exterior

  • Exterior walls of sturdy 1/2" plywood with a baked-enamel flat aluminum surface guaranteed 30 years against rust and corrosion.
  • Available in colors to enhance the aesthetic value of your property
  • Aluminum minimal pitch root with choice of overhangs 0", 3", 6", 12", 18", 24"
  • Aluminum soffit and fascia

Floor

  • All pressure-treated exterior grade sub floor with 2X6 skids and joists
  • Quality vinyl flooring over ¾" plywood deck

Door/Window(s)

  • Horizontal slide windows with insulated glass
    36" insulated steel door with window and keyed lock

Interior

  • Full 7' interior ceiling height
  • Completely paneled interior walls and insulated ceiling panels
  • R-11 factor fiberglass insulation in both walls and ceiling. 
  • Outlet, switch, fluorescent lighting and exterior blank bell box wired in conduit
  • 12" wide laminated shelf
